“I had been struggling with back pain, tingling sensation, and tightness in my right shoulder blade area, which really affected my daily life and movement. I had tried therapy sessions before elsewhere, but I was still not getting much relief. After undergoing treatment with Giri and continuing therapy, I finally started to feel a real difference. My back feels lighter and more relaxed, the tingling sensation has completely resolved, and the tightness around my shoulder blade has significantly reduced. My mobility has also improved a lot. I’m very thankful for the treatment and care provided by Giri. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended.”Read moreShow less

“I had been dealing with persistent tennis elbow pain caused by snow shovelling and finally decided to visit InStep Physical Therapy. I am incredibly glad I did. Cyprian, Laura and Roop were fantastic throughout my recovery process that is ongoing. They utilized a comprehensive treatment plan that included dry needling, shockwave therapy, IFC, and ultrasound, which completely turned things around for me. My pain is now almost entirely gone. They also provided me with a tailored home exercise routine, which is crucial to follow consistently for long-term results. For anyone hesitating to see a physiotherapist, my advice is simple: don’t wait. Visit the professionals at InStep and recover faster. Truly great service!”Read moreShow less

“I came in with an arm injury and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cyprian, my Physiotherapist, is highly knowledgeable, and what stands out most is the time he takes to explain my condition and ‘ongoing’ treatment plan in a clear and reassuring way. That level of care makes me feel confident and comfortable at every session. Laura, physio assistant, is equally wonderful and genuinely supportive throughout my ongoing recovery. On the administrative side, Vanessa and Cyrill keep everything running smoothly. Scheduling is always easy, and they are consistently friendly, organized, and welcoming. Btw, I love those text messages for schedule reminders.. lol! The whole team definitely creates a warm and professional environment.”Read moreShow less

“First off, the ladies at the front desk are a pleasant to deal with. They are very easy to communicate with and are very nice every single time I attend my sessions and even when needing to phone in for anything. This clinic is very clean and well maintained. I have been attending physio sessions with Pt. Cyprian and he is wonderful! I have been going to In-step physical since beginning of February and it’s always a pleasant feeling coming out of the therapy. Cyprian listens to how you’re feeling and explains why things are happening in your body to make you understand and be able to take care of yourself at home as well. Very Professional and understanding of your situation. Along with his colleague Laura who is also very nice and friendly. I also get my massage from this clinic with Becky and she is very delightful! If you need someone with good strong grip, Becky is your gal! I had a lower back pain on my first massage session with Becky and honestly after that first time, it relieved the pain and has been a lot better since! I definitely recommend this place! I travel all the way from Fort Saskatchewan and did not wanna switch clinic even though it’s a bit of a drive for me as I feel very comfortable and taken care of by everyone at this clinic! Very happy patient here!”Read moreShow less

“Great team. Roop my TP is polite and kind and thoughtful. I still get migraines but those probably require longer than the two months I have been with them. But I have noticed improvements in symptoms. The ladies in the receptions are nice and polite and kind. The assistants that help with exercises are also kind and helpful. Will write another update once my treatment is done. So far so good.”Read moreShow less
