“Wasn't right for me. I also wish they made the process less stressful. My new therapist does direct billing to my insurance and also is very understanding about cancellations (within reason). In Good Company does not do direct billing, which only has the benefit of making sure they get paid right away while the client needs to do the extra steps of logging into the provider's site and submitting each claim. They also require 48 hour notice for cancellations, which I do understand cancellations are inconvenient for them but life happens. The overall tone of my experience felt more centered on the provider's convenience and mood than on the client's experience, in a setting where the client is being vulnerable and may be entering the space during a difficult time.”Read moreShow less
