“It’s 2026 and your team is incapable of emailing files by email and your receptionist is telling me is taking several weeks to get in touch with my insurance company when they’ve been trying to get a hold of you guys since May 16 so I will be switching dentists. I suggest you get a receptionist that knows a thing or two about PDF files and the amount of times I have had emails because because you guys only work four days a week is crazy. I’ve had sometimes replies take weeks because simply she just does not check her email or she puts me at the bottom of the priority list. It’s been actually insane. I spoke with a dentist in stony plain here and they’ve requested my x-rays from you guys and they’ve already caught up to the same point in the process process where we are at waiting for insurance and everything’s already been sent by email. So she’s able to send my x-rays over to the dentist since Tony playing within a day time but she can’t send over an email to my insurance company? Not to mention the snappiness and lack of customer service on the phone. There’s never blame pointed on her. She always disagrees with what I have to say and the customer is never right with your clinic unfortunately and for that being said, I’m gonna have to leave. I’ve spent $700 on the cleaning I was about to spend another $2500 with you guys, but I would rather put my money somewhere else.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Jou is great, very efficient and skilled. They seem to have new technology each time I go in, and it seems that Dr. Jou emphasizes keeping up with changes and giving his staff the tools to do their jobs as thoroughly as possible. Nice facility, free parking, and they generally have an appointment available within a week or so. Fees are very fair.”Read moreShow less

“This is the dentist to take care of your teeth and oral health. Oral health is an indicator of general health and is very important so it is important to have good dental care. Dr. Jou has been taking of me and my teeth for many years. Most times it the basics…cleanings where his staff and team utilize the latest methods and technology. This team is up to date! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Just like cars we get old and need more than an oil change and a few repairs are needed. I recently needed some additional “repairs” and they went smoothly and cured my issues. Admittedly, I feel that it would have been a difficult diagnosis and Dr. Jou figured it out and fixed me up. “I've been with Dr. Jou since 1997 (or maybe 1998). He is amazing. His skills are excellent and all the staff are friendly. This is a great practice for you if you have special considerations related to dental work, or particularly challenging teeth. Dr. Jou is caring and compassionate, as are his staff. Special thanks to Natalie for her gentle approach to cleanings!
