“I saw Illume Physio's physiotherapist recently to treat an old knee injury that was acting up. Jacob is nothing short of amazing! Within one or two visits I could bear weight and, after just a few more I was pain free. Jacob made every visit comfortable with a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism; he provided clear instructions for easy-to-follow exercises I could do at home to support his efforts in the office, fully answered every question I had, and also included a good deal of education on what we were doing and why which was very much appreciated. “My wrist got hurt at work and I was sent to Illume Physio. Jacob worked with me for months and to my surprise I was healed. Jacob and his staff are kind and courteous and they do listen to any issues you have regarding your injury with care.”
