“I earned my diploma from Ikra and was very happy with the quality, delivery, and price of the training. The education is very complete, covering the science of the body, professional ethics and etiquette, and, of course, the massage techniques themselves. There are different options for the pace at which the student wants to complete the training. I did the part time option, which allowed me to continue working my day job while earning my diploma in massage therapy. The theoretical courses were all taught online, which was a great convenience. The massage techniques were taught at their location in Verdun. My main instructor was Amy, who I found had an excellent knowledge of massage and a calm attitude. Upon graduation I found that my diploma from Ikra was very respected by prospective employers and I quickly found employment in the field working at a great clinic. The techniques I learned at Ikra are always appreciate by my wonderful clientele. Ikra is an excellent place to learn massage therapy and I would recommend it to anybody looking to get into this incredibly rewarding field of work.”Read moreShow less

“I would say its an ok school. Its very advanced in science so if you dont have a science background can be very hard. Also for the massages teachers dont really help my class mates helped me more than the teachers. So if you are not a fast learner i wouldnt recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I recently completed both the Swedish Massage & Chair Massage Courses at IKRA & I can say without a doubt that you will not find a better massage therapy training anywhere else. “I recently graduated from the Swedish Massage Program, full-time in the Verdun location. This was one of, if not the best educational experiences I have ever gone though. It taught me so much about the art of massage and the interpersonal respect of people. I found the teachers extremely knowledgeable about all subjects. They took the time to answer all our questions, and created a safe, non-judgemental and positive environment for us to learn and work in. They made sure we got each maneuver correct, and taught us how to put it all together with seamless flow.
