“Very bizarre experience. He talked so much and it seemed like he was trying to convince me and himself of what I was dealing with… a pinched nerve. He then went on to explain the risk of stroke if we did a traditional manipulation so I opted out of receiving this treatment since my gut was telling me he wasn’t confident in doing this type of treatment. He did a “soft tissue manipulation” which was just poking into my muscle. I was charged $80 and went home still in pain. Went back to my regular chiropractor the next day and he fixed me up in 15 minutes. I would not recommend getting treatment at this office”Read moreShow less

“I went to see tristen mundt for a whiplash car accident injury on May 23rd, 2023. I seen him once. In that visit he told me I'd need at least 8-9 treatments from him. Time goes by and I find out on a recorded call with SGI that they'll pay 200 km in mileage to see a medical practitioner. So, I made the decion that I'd travel to Saskatoon to see the chiropractor that I've been seeing for the last ten years of my life. (I had to temporarily move in the Yorkton area due to a housefire) So I phone tristen on June 9th (I have proof this conversation took place in my cellular bill and phone call log), I tell him that I'm going to see my regular chiropractor that I'm familiar with. The next working day, SGI phones me and they tell me that my insurance is cancelled. In the SGI report, tristen put an 'undated note' saying 'SGI covered care should be terminated', that's verbatim. Just cause he's not getting my business he told SGI to not cover my injury. That's not a good way to do business. Trust me, he's going to get it all back, FULL CIRCLE!”Read moreShow less

“All aspects of patient history and explanations of processes and treatment options were thorough and I truly felt like I was cared for and about which is not something I typically get in other medical offices. This was a great experience for me and I was initially nervous but later on felt relaxed. I noticed improvement when walking out the door.
