“I’ve had both a massage and a facial at Idlewild, and truly, each experience has been so lovely. The space is calming and thoughtfully put together, and the moment you walk in you feel at ease and well cared for. The massage was deeply relaxing without feeling rushed, and the facial felt both nurturing and effective — my skin felt so smooth and my face was so much less puffy afterward. What stood out most to me was the level of care and presence throughout. It felt intentional, not just like another appointment to get through. Idlewild is the kind of place you leave feeling more grounded and restored than when you arrived. “I’ve been seeing Jess for reflexology on my feet for a few years and tried her reflexology & facial for the first time and it was incredible. Beautiful, locally sourced natural products. It was the perfect addition to my appointment. Picture a massage through the neck and face and pressure points while you get a facial, and your traditional foot reflexology. “I just came from Idlewild health studio and what an amazing place! I had the facial reflexology and sacral cranial. It was more than I expected. it was a facial massage like I’ve never had before. “Came here because visiting my friend in Coldstream, and see recommended I go see Pat. I have been massaged by many different massage therapists, and Pat is honestly one of the best. Professional, friendly, sensitive to the clients needs. I never had a massage therapist show me pictures of the muscle groups they were thinking of working on based on the problem areas the client selected. Truly an asset to the community.
