“I left the massage feeling sore and cold, with my hands and feet freezing the entire time. I had booked my usual 60-minute relaxation massage with stones, but this was not what I received. The treatment felt more like deep tissue, and I was not asked about pressure or comfort during the session. I was also informed at the appointment that the 60-minute relaxation massage with stones was no longer available and that I should have booked a 75-minute session instead. This was unexpected, especially as a regular client who had consistently booked the same service in the past. Based on my previous receipts, the 60-minute massage with stones was offered before, but the current pricing and service structure have changed significantly. From a client perspective, this was not clearly communicated in advance. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning. Lidiya, Mia and Miro Hi Ilene, Thank you for your response. I stand by my original review above. The session was not relaxing I felt cold and uncomfortable, and it did not match the service I had booked. My main concern is the inconsistency between booking and documentation over time. My booking listed for example as “iMelt,” while later receipts show different descriptions (such as “Swedish massage with hot stones” or simply “60-minute massage”) for what appear to be the same 60-minute appointments. This inconsistency has occurred from 2024 until now, making it unclear what service is actually being provided. Direct billing had also previously been processed for me with the same insurance provider, which adds to the confusion. I will leave it at that.”Read moreShow less

“I had a wonderful massage with Katie today. Using a variety of techniques, she was able to sooth a lot of tension in my back, shoulders and neck. Overall a very relaxing and effective massage. “Dated: 8/8/25 I would like to give a 5 star review to: Katie !! 🌟 Katie was very welcoming, understanding & considerate 🥰 She had the right amount of pressure and communication throughout the entire session 💯 Overall I really enjoyed my session & would highly recommend Katie for any deep tissue treatment. I came in to help relieve some tension within my back and my neck area. I found an immediate change with Katie helping resolve the migraines from my the pain along my temples and neck, in addition my back felt more relieved and less tense that following day. Katie's genuine personality, her knowledge and kindness persuades me to invite anyone looking for a message therapist that truly cares. “I had an exceptional experience at iCare today! I decided to give them a try as it’s in my neighborhood and oh boy, it turned out to be the right decision! Ilene greeted me warmly and handed over the welcome gift (epsom salt with rose petals) for aftercare. The environment was so relaxing and pleasant. My massage came with hand and feet mask (which I haven’t received at any other spa or wellness center).
