“I really debated leaving this review but my eyebrows are disappointing. I feel like I can’t go out in public. I came in for a wax and tint and while the wax was great the tint was horrendous. I asked for a dark brown to match my roots and when I saw my eyebrows I was in shock. I have NEVER seen a salon tint the skin underneath your eyebrow hairs. My eyebrows quite literally looked painted on. While I paid in full for my service I really wish I would have advocated for myself because this was not the service I anticipated. While I was assured the tint would fade in a few days more tint can always be applied but once you go too dark there’s no going back. Tint should be for hairs only, not your skin. Perhaps the Permanent makeup look is not for me but buyer beware.”Read moreShow less

The salon is clean, stylish, and cozy. Every detail is carefully thought out, and you can feel the care they put into everything. My treatment started as I lay down on a comfortable bed, covered with a soft blanket. I felt completely at ease. The whole experience was calming—almost like meditation. “This salon is very welcoming, professional and clean. I came here for the first time and will definitely keep coming back to up keep my eyelashes and maybe try other services to. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed when they immediately offered me a bottle of water and gave me a new client form to fill out. When it came to deciding the style of the lashes they had a very detailed board that shows all the different options. I chose a natural curled light volume/hybrid set at 12 mm long. They had nice ergonomic beds that kept my back from hurting or getting uncomfortable. Alona was very gentle and attentive when she was removing my old set and applying the new set. She immediately noticed when I was uncomfortable (I opened my eye a little during the removal, not at all her fault). She even applied collagen to my lips for free which was nice. I caught myself snoring because she was so gentle I fell asleep and when I woke up my lashes were exactly like how I asked. I had no irritation at all and sometimes it can feel bruised in the corner and leave my eye red, but I guess that’s what you get when you come to people that know what they’re doing. “I had my lashes done here with Sally ! She dose a fabulous job! She’s amazing at her job, she’s my to go person for my lashes, very gentle and listens to my needs.
