I came here multiple times to look at the frame selection and every time I came, whoever was helping me was patient and worked with me to recommend suitable frames. The frame and lenses selection is extensive, with many high-quality brands in a variety of budgets. “This is the best experience I had with an optometrist. From the first step I entered ID optical, Duncan has been very patience and professional, the measurement was very done with care and Duncan was very detail oriented to get is as accurate as possible. I am near-sighted with astigmatism, and I required progressive and sun shade coating on my glasses, and it was done perfectly. “My son needed to replace his glasses and I.D Optical was able to squeeze him in on very short notice. We felt very well cared for during the entire visit. We were greeted with a big smile and the Optometrist was very professional, examining my son's eyes very carefully. The place has MANY styles of frames to choose from and thanks to Duncan, my son mentioned what kind of style he liked and Duncan quickly selected few styles within our price range. Duncan was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The price was very reasonable and the place is very clean with comfortable settings. “Had a super pleasant experience here. Was recommended by a close friend for this store. Duncan is very patient and offers different styles for trying until you are happy! He is also very knowledgeable, getting a perfect pair of sunglasses with prescription and for my flat nose (my biggest concern) is not easy and he provides flexible options. Almost felt like walking into a customized store. Me and my husband walked out of the door with 2 pairs of sunglasses and 1 pair of glasses in 1 hour, and we are both super happy with our choices! “Five star service for sure! - they helped me adjust the frames of my previous old glasses for free - they supported direct billing to my insurance company - although this place was filled with people, the staff is taking care of everybody in the shop - the doctor who did the eye exam was professional and kind. He spent more time than other optometrist to let me walk around and try different lenses - the staff listened carefully to my needs. I’m very picky on the weight of the glasses because I have a pretty strong subscription.
