“Dr Chahal did my ACL reconstruction surgery 3 months ago. Dr. Chahal and his assistant, Shun, make an outstanding team. “Had an arthroscopic labrum repair done by Dr Jas and it was amazing. I used Therapia in my first week at home post op and I was told to do glute standing exercises. Now looking back, I think it messed up the low back on the operated side and I still have pain and disfunction. Dr Jas is the best surgeon in Toronto but I am not impressed with his other clinic, Therapia.”Read moreShow less

“I started at Hyper Regen Physio several months before my ACL and meniscus surgery, focusing on physiotherapy prehabilitation to prepare my knee. Since my surgery with Dr. Jas Chahal over nine months ago, I’ve continued my physio journey under the expert care of two incredibly skilled physiotherapists. Their tailored programs, guidance, and ability to gauge my progress have been instrumental in my recovery. I’m happy to say that I’ve returned to boxing and have completed my first two weeks of soccer training, including ladder work, running with directional changes, and ball-control drills. It has meant the world to me to return to the activities I love, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional level of physio care, expertise, and ongoing support that made this possible. “I honestly cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Chahal and his entire team. From the very first conversation I had with him, all the way through surgery, recovery and therapy, Dr. Chahal has been absolutely phenomenal. He is not only highly skilled, but also deeply attentive and genuinely caring. He consistently made the effort to check in on my recovery, my pain levels, and every aspect of my progress — something that truly meant so much to me during such a difficult time. His entire team deserves just as much recognition. Sean the physician assistant, Jessica, and everyone I encountered were beyond accommodating, professional, and unbelievably kind. “I fully tore my ACL a few months ago and Hyper Regen has been very helpful in my recovery process. I had a surgical consult with Dr. Norah Matties who was very kind and understanding of my situation. She let me know what the surgical outcomes and recovery would be like and then laid out a clear plan for me - to try out a brace for a year or so and see how I feel about surgery after. I took her advice and met with Fil - "the brace guy". He was also very kind and understanding of my situation. I really want to drive home the point that the people at this clinic really care about the patients and their outcomes. Fil let me know what having a brace will be like, and measured me for my custom brace. Once the brace came, Fil was there in person to guide me through the fitting process and how I should be progressively loading up on using the brace over the next few weeks before using it while fully playing sports and activities. Overall, I'm very happy that I was referred to Hyper Regen. While I am still undecided on whether I will be going ahead with my surgery or not, but they have given me plenty of information on the surgery and alternatives to try out for me to keep living my life while I decide, and I thank them for that.”Read moreShow less
