“I can’t say enough good things about Hydrathletics. I first went in to see Erica (athletic therapist) for my tennis elbow, and she was fantastic — really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel at ease right away. From there I was referred to Randal (physiotherapist) for shockwave therapy, and I ended up doing three rounds. The difference has been incredible — I’d say I’m about 90–95% healed now, and just giving it more time to fully repair. What stood out to me was not only how effective the treatment was, but also how professional, kind, and accommodating the whole team is. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and I never once felt rushed. The technology and care they provide honestly exceeded my expectations. If you’re dealing with an injury and looking for a team that’s both skilled and personable, I’d highly recommend Hydrathletics.”

She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I felt truly heard and supported.
