“I thoroughly recommend Rebecca at Hummingbird Healing. I was so impressed with her professionalism and attunement to my physical and emotional needs. During my first appointment there was no rushing through assessment, she took her time to understand my situation and really consider how we might approach it. She spent time at the end showing me some techniques I can try at home. The appointment ran over the allotted time because she was not rushing through any stage of treatment. She checked in with me throughout the session and I felt very cared for. Specifically I was seeking help for TMJ and clicking in my jaw, it was a type of massage that not all practitioners are comfortable with and included some inner cheek massage. I chose to see Rebecca on a whim because TMJ training was listed on her website; but I didn’t realise her former career was a dental hygienist. This brought another level of medical knowledge to my treatment that was so helpful and affirming.
