The two practitioners I've worked with at Human 2.0, Dr. Chris Raynor and Keith Micomonaco, have both been exceptional. Their level of engagement, expertise, and professionalism is unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in the healthcare system. I underwent arthroscopic hip surgery with Dr. Raynor in the fall, and I met with him throughout the entire process; from my initial consultation and reviewing test results, to surgical planning, the day of surgery, and multiple follow-up appointments over the following six months. Every appointment was with Dr. Raynor himself, not an intern or assistant. He took the time to thoroughly examine me, clearly explain my condition, walk me through the procedure using models and diagrams, and provided practical guidance to support my recovery. His attention to detail, technical expertise, and genuine commitment to his patients are second to none. If you're considering arthroscopic hip surgery, I can't recommend Dr. Raynor highly enough. I've also struggled with chronic pain for years due to old injuries. While I've seen many registered massage therapists over the years, the relief was always temporary. Keith's approach with rapid massage has been completely different. His treatments are making a lasting difference. He's approachable, communicates exceptionally well, and always explains why something hurts, what's causing it, and exactly what he's doing to address it. His knowledge of anatomy and his skill in applying these techniques have given me results I've never experienced before. If traditional massage therapy hasn't provided the relief you're looking for, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Keith.

I can't say enough good things about Tamarrah and Dwayne. When I first came to see them, I was dealing with a debilitating back injury. I was unable to work, and some days I could barely get out of bed. Tamarrah's physiotherapy treatments helped reduce the pain and tension significantly. She also recommended a back support that made a huge difference in helping me get through my days. Dwayne was nothing short of amazing. I would hobble into appointments terrified to move because everything hurt so much. He helped me learn how to move in ways that felt safe and pain-free, gradually rebuilding my confidence and strength. Every session brought noticeable improvement. By the time I left, I was walking normally and my pain had decreased dramatically. Most importantly, Dwayne helped me build the strength and resilience I needed to return to work as a massage therapist. His knowledge, encouragement, and ability to meet me where I was in my recovery made all the difference. I've recommended him to many of my massage therapy clients, as well as friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Although I haven't been able to see him for a while, I look forward to returning and continuing the work we started so I can stay strong and continue practicing massage therapy for years to come. Thank you, Tamarrah and Dwayne, for helping me get my life and career back.

Ten-plus years as a client says it all, Human 2.0 is exceptional. Dr. Raynor brings both skill and genuine attentiveness to every visit, and Jethro (my physiotherapist) has a wonderful way of making the process feel approachable. He explains the why behind each step and keeps a close eye on progress. What sets this place apart is the staff's collaborative spirit. You don't just feel treated, you feel supported.

One of a few spots in Ottawa that can get me up up’n’attem early on Saturday morning. Always leave feeling more in tune with my body after every visit. The Doc’s group sessions are always a treat, and the free Calisthenics classes are even more sweet!

I have been attending group fitness classes at Human 2.0 since late August 2025, and have really enjoyed my membership for a number of reasons. The classes are led by professionals who are able to adapt the exercises to all levels, making it accessible to every participant, no matter their fitness level. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength in just a few months. My most noticeable improvement is in hanging. I used to struggle to hang, with foot supported on the floor, to free-hanging and even doing leg raises! Another thing I have noticed is my ability to pick up heavy stuff at the supermarket, such as cat litter and large bags of cat food, going from struggling to no effort at all. They make it fun, inclusive and without the pressure I felt attending classic gym classes

I had ACL surgery with Dr Raynor. Human 2.0 was vital in my recovery. Jethro was fantastic in post surgery physio with gaining my flexibility and strength back, not to mention overall confidence with the process. You will be doing some of the work alone at home - but without having professionals at Human 2.0 be there for both classes and physio appointments I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am today.

I’ve been seeing Keith a couple of times , and I’m always impressed by how good he is at what he does. He really pays attention to what’s going on in your body and adjusts the massage to what you need that day. He’s professional, passionate, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. I always leave feeling so much better. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I definitely recommend giving him a try.

I've seen Keith several times now for massage therapy, and he's been extremely helpful in my recovery. He has a wonderful ability to investigate what is causing pain, and treating for lasting results. The exercises he's given me has also helped tremendously. I've also attended a few of the group fitness classes, and they're also excellent. Highly recommend!

I’d give a 10 if I could. I’ve been working with Dan for a few months. This guy is a hidden gem. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Gives great explanations through analogies and explains things without wasting time. The facility is great too. I wish I could see him daily.
