Cindy is great. She creates a safe environment to speak about anything. Sessions always feel like talking to a close friend. She's not tied to a single approach and is willing to explore issues with you using many different tools. Highly recommended.

Cindy has provided support and counseling to my son for years. I believe firmly that she is the reason why he is alive today. She is a real angel on Earth.

When I met with Cindy for the first time, I was quite honestly, feeling her out/interviewing her, to see if she was a good 'match' for me. Within a very short time in only our first meeting, I knew she was just the person to work with. She is kind, empathetic, understanding and an excellent listener, all in a judgement free zone. It is very obvious how much she cares for her clients by the way she speaks to them and interacts with them. She shares her own experiences where appropriate, to help you feel you are not alone in your own journey. She provides helpful, caring feedback. I highly recommend Cindy, wholeheartedly!

Cindy is an extraordinary counselor – warm, engaging, calm, and so caring. Her empathy and depth of understanding make you feel like you are talking with a close friend. I found Cindy to be very intuitive, and often able to pinpoint the real problem pretty quickly. She openly offers her experience, and perspective, and then works together with you to come up with possible solutions. Overall I highly recommend Cindy – she provides a trauma-informed approach to counselling, and truly wants to help.

Cindy creates a space in which you feel seen, heard, validated, and respected deeply and to your core. She encourages you to offer yourself compassion and kindness and has offered me gentle warmth in times that are extremely vulnerable to work through. Cindy has a deep and rich professional history and uses her knowledge base to tailor her sessions to what I need. But it's not just her education, she is intuitive and able to perceive what I need by asking insightful questions that bring what I want to the forefront of the session. In this way, she always centers the care around you making your experiences the focus. She is bold and compassionate in the way she shares her own life experiences as moments that may offer understanding or make you feel less alone or simply offer you a giggle and see light in the painful, heavy, dark moment. If you are looking for someone who recognizes the weight that our lives can lean on us, and wants you to take your space by verbalizing everything from what hurts to what heals, with humour and compassion mixed in along the way, Cindy Werner is definitely the counselor for you. I trust her and am grateful for the care and kindness she offers me each time.

Having Cindy in my life has been such a blessing. She is very compassionate, accommodating, kind and straight up real. She's always looking for ways to grow herself and expand so she can touch more lives through counselling. I found Cindy during a time of grieving the loss of my father. She's also is helping me through all the extra stuff that comes with having another baby and the lingering postpartum depression. She is very relatable and is open to sharing her own story, wich makes me love and appreciate her even more! I can see why she chose the line of work that she did. Thank you Cindy for answering the call God has on your life.

I've always been sceptical to the idea of therapists and therapy until I found myself in need of one after my anxiety finally caught up with me. After much debating with myself, I set up an appointment with Cindy to "interview" her and see if I liked her. Turns out I did like her and I decided to make a proper appointment. That decision was the best decision I have ever made. Cindy is kind but firm when needed, she listens and is never judgemental, asks difficult but needed questions and I feel that she genuinely cares for me as her client. It's never easy to admit when we need help, believe me I know how hard it is, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle that I was in, I highly recommend her.

Cindy is the most amazing counsellor that I have ever met. I felt safe and at ease with her immediately. She helped me with issues that no one ever could and I've been able to move forward and grow in areas where I was stuck. She's approachable, understanding, down to earth, empathetic, non-judgmental, and goes above and beyond in her care for you. I am forever grateful and you too will be blessed by knowing her. Highly recommend!

I have spent countless hours with Cindy working through lifelong trauma, depression from loss, and more. Cindy offers a compassionate ear, she is soft spoken and so very kind. A person who can find humour in my sarcasm I do so love. I have grown in ways I would have never thought possible in the last few years, largely due the hours of dedication, support, continual reassurance and encouragement I received from Cindy. I think of you often Cindy. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being the stepping stone I needed at just the right time in my life.
