“Bhoomika has been very supportive throughout my recovery from a spinal injury that left me with limited mobility. She listens and has never minimized or dismissed what I’m going through. Her check-ins feel genuine and have made a real difference during moments where I felt low and overwhelmed. I’ve also had Carleton as my massage therapist. He’s has been made me feel safe, secure, and relaxed during my massages. I love going to him! Bhoomika and her team have all been important factors in my recovery so I want to give a shoutout to Sanjana, Khushi, Nikka, and Thi, who are all so kind and knowledgeable. “I had a great experience with Bhoomika for prenatal physiotherapy. She was very supportive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy. She helped me with safe exercises, prenatal education, labor and childbirth positions, and also gave helpful advice for postpartum recovery. “I am so grateful to Bhumika at Hope 2 Health for introducing me to the world of pelvic health. I sought her expertise during my pregnancy, and it was easily one of the best decisions I made. Thanks to her guidance and tailored exercises, I had a smooth delivery with no tearing and a very speedy recovery afterwards. Since pelvic health isn't a widely discussed topic, I’ll admit it was difficult for me to open up at first. However, Bhumika made me feel so comfortable and at ease right away. “I had a fall at my workplace during the snow and suffered a right knee injury that caused significant pain and difficulty with daily activities. I started physiotherapy at this clinic and within 6–8 weeks of treatment, my pain was completely resolved. I am especially grateful to Physiotherapist Bhoomika Pathak for her expertise, personalized treatment plan and constant encouragement throughout my recovery.
