“Luke is one of the best massage therapist I've ever had! I've been going to massage for many years so I've seen quite a few different therapists. I followed him to his new clinic even though it is farther from my house. Luke has helped me through several injuries. “I have been going to Christal for massages this past year, and I have to say that she is truly one of the nicest, professional and knowledgeable RMTs I have gone to. I have severe nerve pain resulting from a sports injury, and Christal was able to relieve my pain by pinpointing the areas spot on. She is clearly a very experienced RMT in all aspects of injuries, pain, and uses massage therapy to heal the patient. I have never felt relief as I did when I see Christal. Another major reason why I will continue seeing Christal is because she is so empathetic - she goes over the time limit (when she can) because she sees how much pain I am in. “No BS therapy! ...Quality care at affordable rates. It’s a simple space, with a community grass-roots feel to the joint. It’s about the therapy. The clinic is located in an older building with character, gives me the impression lots of deep healing has happened in this space, you get the sense this team really loves what they do. Booking an appointment was super easy online. Strong Covid protocols in place. I felt safe and cared for. I got to see David Sabourin, who’s a multi-licensed therapist who can offer RMT as well as osteopathy. He was very present, had great hands, and is an excellent and compassionate communicator. “Holistic Roots is a wonderful establishment. I received an amazing hot stone massage there. I highly recommend getting this service done at Holistic Roots. They also offer a variety of services and are very professional. I want to check out their naturopathic medicine. I would highly recommend Holistic Roots for physiotherapy too. “I was pulled to Holistic Roots when my massage therapist started there. Laura is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever visited, and I will follow her wherever she goes. She also referred me to the physio, Kurt. Again, I have found another favourite therapist. Kurt does fantastic work. He is a manual therapist so you never feel like sessions are wasted.
