Booking Appointments and Our Cancellation Policy
We charge a 48 hour cancellation fee if clients cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment.

We encourage clients to book sessions that feel reasonable according to their schedule.

“I've been seeing Manpreet for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. With the stigma that is attached to counselling, I was nervous to find someone. But the moment I did my consult with Manpreet, I felt pretty comfortable and even more so in our sessions. Manpreet is someone who will step into your shoes and experience your confusions, trauma, and achievements with you. It was honestly a beautiful experience having her feel my emotions with me and in turn made me feel very safe and open. I love that I feel in control and I am guiding the sessions, it really changes my perspective on counselling. From someone telling you what is right and wrong vs. someone listening to everything and helping you organize your thoughts. The tools and skills I have learned from Manpreet are invaluable and I utilize them all the time.
