No-Show and Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice will be required if you would like to cancel your appointment. As a small business, every missed appointment has a significant impact on operations and on other clients who could have benefited from the slot. There will be a $30.51 (Tax Included) fee for a no-show or last-minute cancellation. However, clients who no-show or cancel last minute for more than 3 times are required to provide their credit card information or pre-pay when booking an appointment and required to pay 100% of their missed appointment.
