“I highly recommend the Holistic Family Wellness Centre in Cobourg. 👍🏻👍🏻 I visit regularly, for Massage & Chiropractic, and it’s always a wonderful experience. Both Dr Ernie the Chiropractor & Eric the RMT have really helped with my back pain. They are both so friendly, always professional & really know their stuff. My visits with Dr Ernie & Eric have helped me to experience less back pain daily during my workday, I really appreciate this! 😊 Dr. Ernie has a gentler approach than some Chiropractors, but it’s effective. Sessions are quick and painless and he also teaches what stretches you should do daily to help. I highly recommend trying Eric for your RMT massage needs, he does great work. I’ve had several negative experiences elsewhere with other RMT’s. Eric is the first RMT I wanted to book a massage with a second time, in fact I’ve pre-booked for the year! The location is so convenient for me, and there is parking available. I love that they offer evening appointments that fit my work schedule, and online booking was so easy. The treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. The ladies in reception are always welcoming, and efficient with scheduling appointments & payments. “My wife sees Michelle often, but every once in a while, when I feel like a broken toy, I go into see her myself. Like one of Santa's helpers, she makes me feel shiny and new, which isn't easy given the age of this particular 'toy'. Michelle and her wonderful team rock! “Being new to the area, I was a new patient to the wellness centre. I was having extreme shoulder/ back pain and needed a massage. They fit me in. Eric did my massage and I can't say enough good things! He is very knowledgeable, kind and has magic hands! I left feeling relief. I'll be going back to him for regular care / maintainence of this reoccurring pain. I'd highly recommended Eric and the wellness centre staff themselves!
