“Earlier this year, I had the displeasure of going to a competition held at Roche HQ. A group of my friends and I attended and ended up winning first place. We were promised an iPad Pro which the company "forgot" to order. We then patiently waited for months to receive a BUSTED, non functional iPad 2 made in the year 2014. We were beyond shocked. It took a weeks of emailing members to even get a reply and when we did, we were told there is nothing they can do. So dissatisfied especially as this company claims to care about the well being and satisfaction of others. A PURE scam. BEWARE!”Read moreShow less

“Staff ignores emails, phone calls and concerns. Also are unable/ takes so long to give clear answers to simple questions as they do not care about others. It was almost like communicating to a child.”

“If I could I would give 0 stars. Truly a garbage organization. What seemed like a legitimate organization known to provide students with opportunities to get a feel of what it would be like working in a pharmaceutical company was shattered. A couple of friends and I were promised an iPad Pro by Roche Canada Mississauga, upon winning first place at a STEM competition in March. After waiting months to receive it in November we got a busted up broken iPad 2 with no box. We were truly shocked as to how a billion dollar company can give students who worked so hard to win this an iPad 2 when we were promised an iPad Pro- we even have evidence of us winning it! I feel like I’ve been SCAMMED by this organization. Employees are of no help and are very sneaky and don’t care about their customers/students at all. Beware of Roche they’re not who they pretend to be. They should be ashamed of themselves knowing they have committed FRAUD to innocent people.”Read moreShow less
