“HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had an appointment booked for 10:00 AM. I arrived 20 minutes early, and the deposit was already charged from my card in advance. At 10:00, the receptionist came over and asked if I wanted a coffee while I waited. Fine, I thought I’d wait a few minutes. By 10:20, I had to ask myself whether it even made sense to stay, because this was my only day off, and I had a dentist appointment right after. And guess what? The receptionist walked over to another stylist — who had just started washing another client’s hair — and asked if she could take me next. Of course, that stylist said it would take at least another 15–20 minutes. Then the receptionist just came back and told me to wait. This is completely unacceptable. They took my money, wasted my time, and didn’t provide the service. This salon has clearly been open for a while, but their idea of customer service is beyond disappointing. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place. However, I would like to make one thing very clear: your previous client’s late arrival is not my responsibility, and it should not become my problem. I manage a very tight schedule and work seven days a week. When I book an appointment for a specific time, I expect that time to be respected. It is not my obligation to adjust my schedule because you chose to accommodate someone who arrived late. That is a management decision, and the consequences of that decision should not fall on another paying client. Offering a drink while I wait does not solve the issue of wasted time. My time is valuable. I arrived on time. I upheld my commitment. Your salon did not uphold yours. Regarding the calls and messages — the refund should not require multiple attempts to “finalize details.” If the service was not provided due to your scheduling issue, the deposit should have been refunded immediately without additional conditions.”Read moreShow less

“I always have great experience at N.H. salon and would highly recommend it. I’ve had my manicure done by Irina and Kristina at different times, and both were wonderful — very skilled, attentive to detail, and gentle throughout the process. My nails always looked neat, elegant, and long-lasting. I also had eyebrow shaping and coloring multiple times, and the results were excellent as well — beautiful, yet very natural and well balanced. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and professional, and communication is easy as the ladies speak Ukrainian, Russian, and English, which is a big plus. “I’ve been visiting H.N. Beauty Studio in Mississauga for Endosphere treatments on both my body and face, and I have to say, Lana is just fantastic! Not only is she incredibly kind and warm, but she’s also a wonderful professional who really knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best results. I’ve completed a full package of sessions and I’m absolutely continuing with her because I’m seeing real improvements. Plus, the salon itself is a gem. They offer a variety of services all in one place, and everything is done with that true European level of precision and attention to detail. “It is so not easy to find the level of service you’re used to when starting new chapter of your life in a new country. Luckily I found my personal favourite - in a wonderful studio with great people working. My nail artist is Margo. Every time I get my nails done I am confident about the highest quality not only of the materials, but her professional skills. Looks so neat and gentle.
