“I've been to a lot of physiotherapists over the years (back surgery, knee, shoulder, the works), so I'm not someone who throws around five stars easily. But Josh genuinely earned this one. I only had one session with him because I was about to leave the country, and he still gave me his full attention. He explained everything about my body mechanics in a way that actually made sense, not the quick generic rundown you usually get. Young guy, but incredibly thorough and wise beyond his years. What really got me was the follow-up. He sent a detailed email with all the exercises and recommendations so I could keep working on it even while abroad. He knew I was a one-time visit and still went above and beyond. That kind of care sticks with you. Highly recommend Josh without hesitation.”
