“I was already extremely anxious about coming to this appointment after avoiding the dentist for many years, and unfortunately my experience made that fear much worse. Throughout the cleaning, I repeatedly told the hygienist that I was in pain. She kept reminding me to let her know if it hurt, but when I did speak up and was visibly squirming in the chair, the procedure continued without any adjustment to make me more comfortable. I left feeling overwhelmed. Later that evening, I experienced significant pain and felt so unwell that I was considering going to the hospital. I understand that dental procedures can sometimes cause discomfort, but I did not expect the level of pain I experienced. I was also concerned about the number of X-rays that were taken during my visit. I would have appreciated a clearer explanation as to why they were all necessary, as I left feeling uneasy about the amount of radiation exposure. As someone who was already terrified of going to the dentist, I had hoped for a more compassionate and gentle experience. Sadly, this visit has increased my anxiety about future dental care, and I will not be returning to this office. “Outstanding Dental Care: A Truly Transformative Experience by Dr. Sara Razmavar I have been unhappy with the way my teeth look for a long time. Over the years, many different dental professionals did poor jobs when I visited them with dental issues, leaving me with a mouth and teeth, that now require a lot of work. My treatment started today, with Dr. Sara Razmavar who is the Principal Dentist at Highland Creek Dental. I’ve had the good pleasure of meeting Mr. Mohammad from this office before who is absolutely brilliant at what he does along with the excellent service that the girls at the front desk provide. You are professionally greeted with a big smile when you first walk into this new and modern office. My treatment today (completely comfortable and painless), started with bonding and restorative work, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results because it exceeded all my expectations. For the work that was done today, my teeth, look so beautiful - Dr. Sara is an extremely gifted dentist and a ‘skilled master of her craft’. The ‘artistry’ demonstrated by Dr. Sara Razmavar’s work is truly remarkable and exceptional which she carried out with great precision with really beautiful results. This has made me happy beyond measure and restored my confidence in my smile. The ‘transformation’ from ‘before’ to ‘after’ that Dr. Sara has achieved is truly admirable. Not only this, but Dr. Sara had also taken the time before she started the work to explain the procedure and answer all my questions to my satisfaction.
