“Great service, we will see how good the new prescription is when I get my new glasses. In my opinion, this questionnaire is too early, it should be when I get my new glasses so I can comment of the quality of the prescription, after all, that’s exactly why I went there. “We’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The online booking system is easy to use, and they’re very accommodating when trying to schedule appointments for multiple kids at the same time. “I experienced a sudden change in my vision (large floater and flashes) and High Street Eyecare was able to see me within the hour. Every staff member who assisted was kind, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this great team!”

“I had a sudden eye issue on a Sunday and managed to get an appointment Monday here. I had never been here before but I will be back as I was very impressed. Dr Bassra quickly diagnosed the issue and referred me to a specialist. “I am extremely happy with the service. I had just walked in and the next appointment was at 1:40pm. I didn’t want to wait the 40 min so I said I would call and make an appointment. As I was walking to my car one of the lady came running out and said the Dr would see me right now instead of taking his lunch. “Went to get an eye exam here and the person who tested me did not seem to even care about their job at all. Just straight to the point of finishing the test, no questions, no offering of help, just "ok answer, ok done" and it's over. I wasn't even sure if some of the answers I choose were the right one. I asked him some follow-up questions and he gave me some very basic 3 word answers that did not really help address the concern I was having and he seemed overall just annoyed to be working that day. I choose this spot to get my eye exam because I thought I'd be getting the support and help with my prescription. But I shoulda probably just went to Costco instead.”Read moreShow less
