“Never in my 70 years of living have i been to a dentist like this. Dr Lee is my goat. She saved my life, I started drowning in the dentist water until she saved me with the water vacuum. She then blessed me and my family of 8 children up with a lamborghini and Rolex watch for my trouble. “My dad and I had been going to this place when Bleeman owned it, then he sold it so we started going to the new people that took over. the only good dentist in this location is Carrie, I don't know the quality of their stuff that they are using, or where their employees receive their training. my mouth would hurt for 2 months after getting a cleaning! I had to cancel my appointment back in the summer because I didn't wanna endure that pain, my dad on the other hand the freezing never worked on him I'm sure you can imagine the pain he went through and they would still proceed to work on his mouth. My dad and I are now going to a new dentist and we no longer have any of these problems.”Read moreShow less

“Let me just start by emphasizing that, Dr. Janet Lee and the regular in office team including the regular receptionist are amazing. I’ve never had and will never have any complaints regarding them. However, I scheduled an appointment yesterday Thursday, July 11, 2025 at 3:50pm. The receptionist was very unprofessional and blatantly rude. I simply asked if she could see if the insurance that I had on file was still active and her response was “it’s your insurance, you should know if it’s active. Why would I know if it’s active and it’s your insurance.” I was puzzled, and simply replied “okay.” I returned to the room with the dentist who was onsite to speak about Invisalign. She advised me that I would need an X-ray and a scan. After completing the X-ray she reviewed the images and still proceeded to do a scan knowing that I may possibly have to remove a tooth from a previous root canal and she would need to do another scan later on if that were the case. It makes no sense that she charged me for something that may need to be done again instead of having me address the root canal and return for a scan later. On top of that when discussing braces and Invisalign she kept insinuating that I couldn’t afford it. She would make snide remarks like “Invisalign is very expensive” or “I need to know that your serious about Invisalign because it’s starts at $8,000 and the price only goes up.” She also told me that the way that my teeth are positioned she doesn’t believe that braces or Invisalign would work or close the gaps in my teeth and my gaps are actually very minor and she isn’t even an orthodontist to be making these judgements. All-in-all, this was the most unprofessional, inexperienced appointment I’ve ever had at any dental office. I won’t be returning unless it’s an appointment with Dr. Janet Lee specifically, and the regular team.”Read moreShow less

“After my childhood dentist retired, I had a lot of anxiety about trusting a new dentist. As I was looking for a new dentist close by, I found High Point Dental and had an initial check-up with Dr. Janet, who was highly professional, warm, and answered all my questions. For all my future appointments, I've had Dr. Rha, who has been extremely skilled at her profession and gives me the best dental care and advice. The receptionist, Vinci and all the hygienists and assistants are all very professional and kind. Everyone is willing to answer all questions, they are very transparent and want the best for their clients. “I’ve been going to this dentist for 10 years. Dr. Janet Lee works with finesse. As someone who hates going to the dentist, 10/10. From walking in the door to sitting on the chair I’ve always felt satisfied with my experience. My whole family comes to this dentist and travel out of town for her. “I have been a patient of Dr. Janet Lee for over 7 years. Very professional and skilled, Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Lee is so thorough and informative, she lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. I’ve always loved her work, she is a perfectionist! She is friendly, compassionate and very professional. My kids also love her. Everyone in the office are friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! “I've been going to this clinic for a while now, and as someone who disliked and was always nervous/anxious to go to a dentist, this place made a huge change for the better with my dental health. Dr. Janet Lee and Keri have been amazing with me since day 1 of my visit. They are very friendly, approachable and if there's any questions, they will gladly explain it to you. Dr. Lee helps explain everything and is very transparent with anything that's being done, and she has even called me to follow-up to see how I was doing after a concern I had. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. The front desk ladies are amazing too, friendly and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and anyone who need any dental work/services required. They help you with insurance as well. Parking is available by the area. Very accessible. “Ever since I started coming to High Point Dental two years ago, I've been very impressed. The staff who work there are very friendly, enthusiastic and the service is excellent.
