“I booked an appointment online specifically for pelvic floor physiotherapy, which was supposed to be with the only physiotherapist they listed for that service. However, I never received any confirmation by email or phone. Before the appointment, I tried calling to confirm — I was on hold for 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. When I called again, they informed me that my appointment had been cancelled because the physiotherapist is not certified for pelvic floor treatment, despite the website clearly stating otherwise. “Karim Botros is simply the best! Before leaving Montreal, I went to him for a final physio session, and he set me up with a personalized program to strengthen my shoulders, legs, and wrists. I've been following it daily since returning to France, and the results are incredible! I just finished my last session with Karim and I’m impressed not only with the quality of the clinic but by the quality of help I received from my therapist.
