“I have been seeing Dale Rainsford for Physiotherapy on my shoulder for the last 3 months, and I cannot say enough great things about his treatment. His hands on approach is second to none, and my mobility and range in my shoulder has seen huge improvements since seeing him. The exercises he gives are no problem to complete by yourself as well. I will continue to see him for any injury (I get injured a lot coming from a kickboxing/competitive background!).”Read moreShow less

“I missed an appointment, my fault and I am paying 100 dollars for it, but I also think it is time for this clinic to have a booking system. It is 2022 and it takes just couple of your minutes to sign up for one and help many of your customers to send them an email with the appointment or even a reminder like EVERY other clinic in town. PS. to charge customers and send then an email you do have a system, that's really good! This review is nothing to do with the doctor, which btw is great.”Read moreShow less

“I found DR Galas to be very informative and friendly. He discovered serious issues my long time DR had not and I also find the receptionist to be very pleasant and helpful every time I have dealt with her. “Never answers the phone, and never calls you back. Been trying to reach my family doctor for over a month. They have very narrow windows of "allowed times" to call (they won't accept voicemail), and even when I call repeatedly in those times they never answer. They even close the office early for unknown reasons some days, so even when I call during the suggested times, they won't answer or return messages. Do I even have a doctor anymore?
