“Had a manicure and pedicure - within hours the nail polish had chipped. I called to arrange a time to come in and have them fixed and she informed me they don't guarantee basic polish. No one informed me of this. I told her it didn't even last 1 day. She told me to come in and they would have a look. I told her I'm not coming back if I have to pay and again she told me to come in and they would take a look. Not good customer service.”Read moreShow less

“I get shellac manicures (and had one pedicure) with Sara since Spring 2025. I love how careful and detail oriented Sara is - it makes me feel like she is treating my nails like her own lol! Her colleague is great too. At other nail salons, I disliked that they always filed off my previous shellac manicure (no acetone or other gel removal used). I noticed my nails were thin and brittle from being over-filed. At Her Nails Studio they use a shellac removal gel, wait a few minutes, then scape off shellac, and then lightly file the nail. My nails are much better now. They have a lot of cool cat eye nail polish colors. Go here if you want a friendly nail tech that you can trust ☺️”Read moreShow less

“This salon is such a gem in the Etobicoke area. Crystal and her team are absolutely amazing, and the space itself is so beautiful and clean. Myself, my partner and my 9 year old daughter have all been to the salon several times for pedicures and manicures. Every experience has been equally as wonderful. Crystal’s talent and attention to detail with gel nails especially impresses me every time. Sarah and Wind also do careful and meticulous work and everyone is so kind. They make an effort to know all of their regulars from what I can tell, and I love that. Bonus that it’s across from Sherway so you can have a whole self care experience! “I stumbled upon this nail salon about a month ago and had such a great first experience getting a gel manicure. The staff were super friendly, the space was clean and welcoming, and my nails turned out amazing. I came back today for a gel refill and Shellac pedicure, and once again, everything was great. “First of all i wish i had a before and after photos in comparison. It was absolutely hideous!! Second, i wish i can give more than a 5 star for Her Nail Studio because thats what they deserve. Ive been looking for a place to continuously get my nails done, however, finally, after my 7th trials i think i may have found the one. Thank you Crystal for making my first visit enjoyable and comfortable. I don't have to touch up anything with my nails. And thank you for asking if i like my nails and letting me know that it’s ok if i don't like it you'll work with me until I'm happy. I showed my mom, she absolutely loves my nail and she would like to have the same design when she comes in May… hahhaa. And your price is very affordable being a manicure and an overlay ombre design, $77 and couple of change. Are you kidding me? You did my cuticle right too… I could cry!!!
