“Today was my first visit to this clinic. It was a pretty amazing one. Straight forward questions for the assessment. The massage, decompression, stretch, hot pad as well as the shockwave are a must way to ease body pains. I felt lightness right away after the initial session. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is experiencing discomfort and pains of their whole body. Thank you Dr. Raf and to the entire cheerful, friendly and professional staff! “I have a moderate to severe L4–L5 spinal stenosis, and my chiropractor Dr. Raf at Helse Clinic has helped me so much with my pain and movement. “I had such a great experience at this clinic! Dr. Raf and everyone there are super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Another plus is that they are open everyday of the week, even sundays, making it more convenient for their patients busy schedules. The chiropractor really listens and takes the time to explain things, which I really appreciated. I’m already feeling so much better after a few visits, and I couldn’t be happier with the care.
