an intake form is to be completed electronically 24 hours prior to your first scheduled visit. There will be a link via email once your appointment is booked. The intake is to be filled out with an electronic signature. If this is not completed in this timeline, the RMT will email/call/text. If there is no communication the appointment will face cancellation.

“I have been been seeing Glen & Mellissa at Helios, B4 they started Helios, so about 4 years I am guessing. Both are very good RMT's. I would recommend them to anyone who views massage as a form of treatment and prevention of muskulo-skeletal injury. I always feel amazing afterwards, and know that I will during the treatment. Their new business is well located, nicely setup, and inviting.
