“I’ve been seeing Heather every month for over six years. After trying every type of treatment (including other acupuncturists) I had almost given up trying to stop my cervical headaches. She’s the only one who can keep them at bay. Over the years she’s also helped me quickly resolve various other injuries including elbow tendonitis and de Quervain's. Most recently I banged my foot up pretty bad falling off my horse. It was extremely swollen, bruised and painful to move. I had an appointment the next day where she did lymphatic drainage. When I woke up the next morning the visible improvement was amazing. The swelling was drastically reduced and I could walk almost pain free. Heather has a unique ability to cater her treatments to every patient’s individual needs and everyone I’ve referred to her over the years has felt the same as I do. She deserves more than five stars!”

“I have now been seeing Heather for 3 years. I originally went to see her for an ongoing hip issue. She was able to help in ways that massage therapy and chiropractor hadn't. I decided to keep going to see her as part of my upkeep to my physical and mental health. I find heather to be very personable, knowledgeable and incredibly insightful. “Heather is incredible, passionate and very knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with her after the first consult/appointment, she asked and continues to ask all the right questions to find the underlying issues. My main issue was with my shoulder and hip. I’ve been to physio and specialists and nothing has made as much of an impact as acupuncture from Heather. Even after the first session I felt very zen and like we had released tension that had been built up for years. After the second session my life was changed and I felt I could move my shoulder properly again. Turns out I had a seized seratus anterior and once she helped me release it my movements in my body started to feel more natural and I could breathe deeper than I’ve been able to in a long time. And it keeps getting better with every visit. Hard to touch on all areas she has helped with thus far, but I 10/10 recommend seeing Heather she will change your life.”
