Physiotherapy and Movement Lab Cancellation Policy : I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within this time period, or fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment scheduled. Please understand that as a therapist I only get paid once services have been rendered. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent me from providing treatment to other clients. FRANK (my dog) WILL BE AT THE CLINIC. If you are not comfortable with him being there, I may not be a good fit for you at this time.Read more about Heather Cracower

Heather not only knows exactly how to get you healed again, her care for you goes beyond her knowledge of the physical body. She is a great motivator, works within your abilities and before you know it she has gotten you back to doing the stuff you were doing before you got injured! Blessed to have found her.”
