Edit (Jul 28, 2026): I requested account deletion from her system along with all my info to be deleted back in April or May, I no longer consent to her having my information and credit card on file. However, to this date and to my knowledge, my account still has not been deleted from the system. (The system still shows " Your account deletion request is sent. Contact Heart to Art Therapy for any questions. ") I DO NOT wish to contact her again, I have already done my part by requesting account deletion. Annie, WHEN are you going to respect my boundaries to withdraw consents and delete my account & info? Respect me for once? - Edit (May 4, 2026): When I posted this review two weeks ago, there was only one other written review. Since then, many new reviews have appeared around the same time as mine, with one even mentioning they had already booked another session with Annie. While I can’t say how this came about, the timing raises concerns. In a therapeutic context, soliciting client reviews (if this had occurred) would be highly unprofessional and inappropriate due to the power dynamics involved. Reviews should be fully voluntary and free from any perceived obligation. — “No” is a complete sentence. She does not understand nor respect your boundaries. I would strongly advise against this place. I explicitly established a boundary by requesting that there be no response to my email, as Annie is aware that I am particularly sensitive to potential triggers (which are therapy&therapist related and discussed right from the first session) at this time. Despite acknowledging this request, she disregarded it and proceeded to respond regardless. This demonstrates a clear lack of respect for the boundary I had deliberately and explicitly communicated. Her actions were not only inappropriate but also reenacted my trauma by doing the exact same thing, significantly impacting my ability to function over the past two days. During an already important and demanding period, I was forced to put work aside and take additional time to manage the emotional distress caused and to regain a sense of stability. Her conduct, which demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and respect for established boundaries, left me with no reasonable option but to cancel the session in order to safeguard my mental well-being. Despite this, I was still charged a cancellation fee for a session that was effectively cancelled as a direct result of her actions. Edit: she charged a “no show” instead of “cancellation”, which is not true as I did logged on and waited for two minutes. New edit: She removed the late cancellation fee.

My therapist is really great. She’s super responsible, remembers the little things you’ve told her, and actually checks in on you. She’s also such a good listener—never cuts you off or rushes you, just lets you talk. If you want someone chill, patient, and who actually gets you, you should try her. Highly recommend!

Annie is such a kind, caring person and she really knows what she’s doing. The way she brings art into her sessions is pretty amazing—it helps people open up about feelings that are tough to put into words. Her whole approach feels easygoing, warm, and truly supportive. So if you want a therapist who really listens and uses art as a real tool for healing, I’d honestly say Annie is a great choice.

Annie is compassionate, kind, and highly professional. She has a unique way of using art in her sessions—helping clients express feelings that are hard to put into words. Her approach feels natural, gentle, and deeply supportive. If you're looking for a therapist who truly cares and knows how to use art as a healing tool, I believe Annie is a wonderful choice.

Annie is one of the best. I have had few sessions with her and she is compassionate and kind. She is more than professional and care about her clients. The way that she uses art in our sessions is just perfect. I have already booked my next session with her.
