“This was my husband's first visit to a chiropodist, didn't know what to expect but Cynthia made it a wonderful experience. She went through the routine procedures and took care in treating his feet, at the same time explaining what she was doing. It always feels good when a doctor takes the time to explain what they're doing and why, it makes you feel like a person and not a number. “My husband and I have been getting our orthotics done through Dr. Cynthia Chan since several years. Two years ago we moved to Hamilton, and tried a podiatrist closer to home. We were not happy with our orthotics so now we come to Dr. Chan all the way from Hamilton. Dr. Chan is very thorough in her examination, her clinic is very clean and her service is impeccable. “My wife visited Dr. Cynthia Chan for in grown nails. She was in a lot of pain. Dr. Chan treated her and she has been pain free for over 8yrs. My mother in law and I visited Dr. Chan for our nails based on recommendation from my wife and we were wowed! by our first visit. Dr. Chan is very patient and takes time to understand the issue with the nail or skin.
