We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If no notification, or less than 24 hours is provided, you will be charged 50% of your appointment price as a “NO SHOW FEE”. Please note that benefits do not cover missed appointment fees. If because of an emergency you need to cancel within 24 hours, please give us a call ASAP. Do not email us for any changes to bookings, call the clinic or cancel from your Jane online account . Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. The therapist does not get compensated if you miss your appointment, respect their time and give other clients the chance to take your appointment.

“I am extremely disappointed with the 60-minute massage I recently received from Cassandra Pozdnikoff at Healthwise Optimum Massage. This was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. The treatment felt unprofessional, rushed, and lacked any therapeutic benefit. Instead of relieving my pain, the massage actually made my condition significantly worse. The pressure and techniques used felt excessively harsh and uncomfortable, almost as if my muscles were being ripped apart rather than treated. I left the clinic in more pain than when I arrived. A professional massage therapist should understand how to work within a client's pain tolerance and provide relief, not create additional discomfort and inflammation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. If it were possible, I would leave a zero-star rating. The only reason this review is one star is because zero stars is not an option.”Read moreShow less

“I actually really like going here, but now this is the second time, the person answering the phone gave the wrong information. I had booked a couple's massage for today at 2 pm. My husband had a work emergency, so I called and asked if we could move our appointment to 2:15 and still get an hour message and and the receptionist said yes. So I told my husband they said yes and planned my time accordingly. Had she said no I would have been there for 2 pm and hubby would have been late. Guess what, we got a 45 min massage and payed full price.
