“Their cancelation policy is ridiculous in today’s world. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday but tested positive on COVID on Sunday when they were closed. I couldn’t call them to give a required 24 hours notice, obviously, and when I called first thing on Monday morning to explain the situation I was charged $50 fee for cancellation! Can you believe that? In world with pandemic where things in people’s life and heath change in a matter of hours, this place still follows the old rules. Unacceptable.
