“What can I say aside from the professionalism and care at HealthMedica has been phenomenal to say the least. They’ve been working with me throughout my recovery (which is a steady process) & have shown that they care about the longevity of their patients - through not only guiding what has to be done to recover but also how to prevent re-injury in the future. They’re quick to pick up the phone and if not, they call back within minutes for questions and concerns. “I’ve been coming to this clinic for about a year now for both physiotherapy and chiropractic care, and it’s been a really good experience overall. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful every time I visit. The front desk is well managed, and Sam (who handles admin) is a great guy — always polite, helpful, and makes things easy with scheduling and any questions. Dr. Ismail and Ayushi are both excellent. They take the time to understand your concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable during treatment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
