“Visit this clinic regarding sciatica nerve damage I went to many different physios and pain doctors only to return worst than I went for treatment but mr Vlodek access my condition and he knew exactly what was wrong with me he work on the area I felt better when I leave his clinic he give me some exercises and stretches to strengthen the area I started the next day and I can tell you I am having results I started to feel better wish I had known mr Vlodek a year ago today I would have been 100% heal mr Vlodek is trustworthy kind empathetic honest and very knowledgeable with his treatment I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get heal without paying very expensive amount of money he is very reasonable when it come to pricing thank you MR Vlodek for the best treatment you provided may you continue to do do you are a god sent human being”

“I am a very active person who runs, does weight training, yoga, Pilates and many exercise classes a week. I have always had a problem with sciatica and therefore visited many physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other specialists over the years. At one point, my pain got to the state that I could not sit. Recently I also started developing a pain in my hips. On the recommendation of my friend, I made an appointment to see Annya at Health Spectrum. To my surprise, after a couple of sessions, my pain was gone. Annya is very knowledgeable. She explains the problems clearly and knows how to properly treat them. The results are undeniable. I know that because I am an active person, I need to make sure that my body does not tense up. Therefore, I now regularly visit Annya and maintain my body in the state that I can live pain-free and continue doing everything that I love.”
