“For over two years, I thought I had sciatica. Every day after work, especially when I stood for long periods while cooking, the pain would start from my hip and go all the way down my leg. I tried yoga daily and even went to a massage place near my house, but nothing really helped. The pain always came back. When I went to Niharika, the experience was completely different. She actually took the time to ask questions and had me do a few simple stretches. Right away, she asked who told me it was sciatica — and honestly, I had just assumed it myself. She explained that it wasn’t sciatica and tailored the massage accordingly. After my very first session with Niharika, I started feeling so much better. I’ve now had three sessions, and I can genuinely say I don’t feel that pain anymore. I’ve even been able to go back to using the elliptical (which used to make things worse) along with yoga, and I feel great. Niharika is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled. She truly understands the body and doesn’t just give a routine massage — she cares about real results. I plan to continue seeing her at least once a month. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with ongoing pain or tension.”

“I've been seeing Niharika for years for massage therapy. She does such a thorough job and she can always find the right spots to target. I only wish that Health Plus can do online booking, but on the flip side, they do direct billing, which does save me a lot of time.”

“I had an amazing experience with my RMT therapist (Niharika Tyagi)! She is very attentive and really listens to her patients’ needs. I came in with severe neck pain and frequent headaches, and after just two visits, my pain was completely gone. She’s professional, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing. The front staff (Vishwapatel) is also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve just hit the jackpot with a massage therapist . Her name is Niharika,, I’ve used other massage therapist in the area, but I’ve never experienced someone like this. Her knowledge of the body is impeccable. I am a fit 60 year-old man that feels old at times after I am done with her. I feel like I’m 20 again. “I had the pleasure of working with Sadhika for my physiotherapy. She was very professional and helped explain what some of the underlying issues were that cause my pain. Apart from in house physiotherapy she also gave me some exercises to do at home which helped speed up the recovery process. Overall experience was excellent and I would gladly go back.”

“I was referred to Health plus physiotherapy sports and injury clinic by a friend for massage and at first I was skeptical as I have been to others and not satisfied but I saw Niharika and she was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She listens to how you are feeling. She is fantastic and I am so grateful to have found her. My daughters also have been seeing her and we are so happy. The front desk young lady is also very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and Niharika for her excellent service”
