“Called to ask if they offer a specific service and the lady I assume to be reception told me “I wouldn’t know that, you would have to book an appointment with the doctor and ask them” so you’re telling me you want me to book an appointment not even knowing that you even do what I’m asking for and you’re supposed to be a receptionist but can’t answer that simple of a question? lol ya I’m good.”Read moreShow less

“Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Rachel and I was forced to wait outside as the door was locked. As time went by she messaged me saying I’m a “no show” she did not call or message me just sent me an invoice. 0 communication was given.
