“I was severely low on iron, and my condition was not good. I was extremely dizzy, fatigued, and constantly tired. After some tests, I found out that my ferritin levels were extremely low. I tried reaching out to many clinics and private hospitals in downtown Toronto, but either the pricing was not transparent or the process was too long. That’s when my colleague referred me to Health Globe Wellness Clinic. When I called, Dr. Mojan answered right away. She clearly explained everything — the pricing, what would be covered by insurance, and what I could claim. She even arranged for a nurse to call me to better understand my case. I felt very comfortable because the entire process and all costs were transparent — nothing was a surprise. Nurse Practitioner Ela called me the same day, understood my situation, and immediately prescribed an iron IV infusion. Within just two days, my infusion was scheduled, and everything was arranged quickly. Dr. Mojan also discussed other health concerns I had and prescribed medications to support my overall wellness. Shabnam and Dr. Mojan were present during the procedure, carefully monitoring my vitals and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts. I felt extremely well-prepared and cared for during the procedure. I will definitely visit this clinic again in the future.
