“Very glad I decided to visit this clinic for my lower back and shoulder pain ( to say it's something that I've put off for quite a while is an understatement). Lily recommended dry needling as a treatment for my particular chronic pain. Long story short, after 4 treatments & just under a month later, I feel 100% and able to do everything before the pain started. Lily and the team were professional and very helpful in making sure all my concerns were answered regarding the treatment itself & follow up exercises. “I came here to treat my TMJ condition, and Lily and the staff are super thoughtful and friendly which made treatment less scary! I’ve noticed so much improvement with treatment (usually it’s weekly due to my condition), and I can tell everyone working there really care about my recovery and health. “After visiting various clinics, I’ve found Health Craft the best for me. Dr. Lily is a thoroughly professional and takes her time to thoroughly understand the root cause of the issue, conducts various tests with her team (who are highly knowledgeable and warm as well). “I went there for a clinical Pilates session. The physiotherapist, Lily, only did a quick five-minute check-up, and the rest of the session was handled by a student. She didn’t stay to monitor or guide the session. She was chatting with someone else in the room instead. It felt extremely unprofessional. The place itself is also quite small, with the reformer bed set up right in the middle near the reception desk, so people constantly walk past you during the session. This is definitely not the level of service I expected, especially given the high price. I didn’t pay to be treated by a student. Please avoid this place at all costs.”Read moreShow less

“Lily is an amazing therapist, her staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some stiff thigh muscle issue for months which was affecting my posture and as a result I started developing pain in knee and lower back. Lily did some dry needling today which was a magic. I am feeling 90% better. The stiffness has literally disappeared. It’s like a magic. I have seen several physiotherapists and chiropractors for the issue with no positive outcome.
