“I can’t thank my physiotherapist Shervin enough! He is truly the best—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. After I broke my wrist, I was nervous and unsure about the healing process, but he made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. Thanks to his expertise and care, my wrist has healed so well, and I’m finally back to normal. The receptionist is also amazing—always welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. Anytime I’ve had to reschedule, they’ve made the process smooth and stress-free without hesitation. The world truly needs more people like my physiotherapist and the wonderful team at this clinic. “Going to health bound has changed me in so many ways. I know I’ll be taken care of when I walk into this clinic. It’s so clean and modern it has a home warmth type of feel, you never want to leave. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable essentially the administration. They have an amazing team! “I suffered a wrist injury and I've been attending this clinic for a few months now. This clinic has such a friendly atmosphere. Mya and Angel are so kind and have always attentive and accommodating to my schedule. Initially, I started seeing Parisa who is very professional and friendly. I had to switch over to Shervin as Parisa went off on maternity leave. Shervin is such a great physiotherapist who is always particular with my care. He is very knowledgeable as he explained the anatomy behind my injury and explained how the exercises would help my recovery. Highly recommend this clinic!”Read moreShow less

“I've been to several clinics and this is by far the best one! I've been attending this clinic for a few years now and everyone is very nice and helpful. Mya and Angel are always accommodating to my schedule and super lovely people. Benson and Noah always take care of my painful areas and communicate throughout the session. I am a ticklish person and can be anxious, Benson always communicates throughout the session to explain what he is doing and asks how I am doing throughout as well which I really appreciate. Noah the massage therapist always makes me feel so relaxed at the end and does a really good job at providing tips for at home relief and educates his client's as well. “This clinic and everyone that works within have always showed me the utmost care and professionalism ever. They always make sure all my questions and concerns are answered and met and make sure my appointments fit my schedule. They have great social distancing protocols and the clinic is always spotless. “The entire staff here have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating with my needs. A few weeks back, I booked my first PT appointment through Grace at the front desk. She was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and recommended me to Shervin for physiotherapy. “I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now after a terrible accident. I went for my first assessment and met with Parisa. She is a great listener, knowledgeable and so passionate about her job and taking care of her patients. I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I’m so happy with my progress so far thanks to Parisa, Sherwin The centre is very clean and each room is sanitized. Everyone working there is taking all necessary precautions for COVID-19. Very welcoming receptionists, Grace, Rita, and Julia. They put a smile on your face because of their great service every time!
