“I had such an amazing experience at Healing Salt Cave Niagara Falls! I treated myself to the infrared sauna and the Pink Salt Mineral Foot Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. The space is so peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Abby was absolutely wonderful..friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. She took the time to explain everything and made the experience feel personalized and genuinely relaxing. “I cannot recommend the head spa enough. I did the experience with my mom and we both loved it. The ladies were very professional and excellent at their jobs. We did the Zen Head Spa ritual with facial and foot treatment, the facial made our skin feel amazing and the foot treatment just elevated us to another level of relaxation. “This place has so much to offer! After a prolonged cough season and some seasonal allergies, I was looking for more natural healing options for my family. The salt room experience was exactly what we needed. The entire setup is peaceful and already feels healing. The facility is incredibly clean, and the staff is kind and accommodating. The kids area is very cute, and the toys there are a huge bonus. I bought a membership right away and we are excited to be back soon for other 45-minute sessions. Pro tip: if you have an active toddler, book during a less popular time for the most comfortable experience. Overall, we had a very positive time at Healing Salt Cave Niagara! “First time visit was 50 percent off salt caves which was a nice deal. Very relaxing. Fell asleep. Good for decongestion. Did the traditional sauna and it got really hot which was great. “Hubby and I came here as part of our 7th anniversary celebration/experience. We did the salt cave which was sooo relaxing and tranquil. Those gravity chairs had me wanting to stay forever. We also did a couples massage which both therapists were so kind and skilled. Daniele and Maya. They talked us through and really gave an excellent consultation respecting our needs and comfort levels. I usually prefer deep tissue and not much luck with therapeutic massages however this time with Maya was very very relaxing! Although therapeutic massages are more medium to light pressure, Maya knew how to hit all the right areas for a fully relaxing experience. Thank you for a wonderful session today at the cave. “I've been to the salt cave a few times now for halotherapy and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and you truly feel taken care of the minute you walk in the door. The salt cave is incredibly relaxing and such a great option in its own or in combination with another treatment. I did the zen head spa treatment with Maya recently and it was incredible. She takes the time to explain everything that she'll be doing and make sure you are comfortable with each step. She's so thorough and calming, and the treatment itself was incredible. “I wanted to do something completely different for our wedding anniversary this year, so I spent quite a bit of time researching unique experiences online. That’s when I stumbled upon this incredible place on TikTok — and after doing a bit more digging, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because my husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Booking online was super easy to navigate. Since we chose one of their special packages, I called to finalize our appointment. I left a message and received a call back the very next day — the staff member I spoke with was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. They do require a credit card on file for the cancellation policy, which I found completely reasonable. The only small hiccup I had was with the intake form through their third-party site (Fresha) because my email address had a typo. It was quickly sorted out when I arrived a bit early and completed the forms in person. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Close to our appointment time, she handed us cozy blankets and guided us into the cool room — and wow, I’ve never seen my husband so relaxed! We had the couple’s massage for 50 minutes, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. I’ve had massages before, but this one felt completely different — deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. By the time we left, I didn’t want to do anything else for the rest of the day! This was such a unique and refreshing experience, and I would absolutely go back to try their other services.
