“This was my first time at Healing Connections Wellness Centre. The location was easy to find and there was a lot of parking. Colton was my practicioner and he was very welcoming and warm. He thoroughly explained the process and treatment that I would be receiving, as well as what I may be feeling over the next couple of days after the treatment. I received Osteopathy massage. I did not know what to expect before I came in. This is a gentle therapy which consisted of stretching, soft tissue pressure, joint mobilization, and visceral manipulation to treat muscles, fascia, and joints which, for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis, as I do have, was exactly the proper treatment for me. After my appointment Colton discussed what he felt was going on in my body and offered suggestions for at home stretching and recommendations for further treatments moving forward. I feel amazing this morning, but most notably for me, I had trouble taking deep breaths when I went in to see Colton, but when I left my lungs and rib area felt noticably open and relaxed where now when I breath I can feel the expansion without restriction. “Brittney and Amber are absolutely incredible! I came for one of their soundbath/SRT clearings last weekend and it was one of the most potent energy work experiences I've ever had. It really helped finally shift some stuff I've been working on for years. “Welcoming, healing vibes when you enter the shop. Color ambience is so relaxing. I have had sessions with Colton, healer extrodanaire. Yoga with Amber, a gifted instructer, who teaches so many new mudras, mantras, aong with healing yoga moves, geared to her audience. Zen vibing.
