“I came in for acupuncture with a lot of emotional and physical heaviness. What I experienced during and after my session was truly powerful. Not only did I reach a deep state of calm — something I hadn’t felt in years — but it also supported me in a huge personal step: I quit smoking. I genuinely believe the treatment helped regulate my nervous system enough to make this shift possible. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in PMS symptoms since starting acupuncture.
