“I rated one star solely based on my experience with one therapist, not the centre itself. My experience with the Healflow has always been positive. Natalija & Maly, are highly experienced, provide exceptional massages. Maria, the aesthetician, is consistently professional, courteous, & skilled in her work. Maly is especially talented in JMT massage therapy, and I have truly appreciated the care, expertise, and relief her treatments provide. Christine has strong experience in lymphatic massage, but her behaviour and lack of professionalism during my recent session May 11 completely overshadowed her skills. When I arrived, we briefly spoke while I was waiting to pay. Later, when I followed her inside, she walked out of the room without saying anything. I used the washroom and then went into the prepared treatment room, assuming it was time to get ready so I wouldn’t delay her. I didn’t check the time, which was my mistake, but the room was clearly set. When she returned, she questioned why I was undressed and already on the table, telling me to never do that again. I understand she needed to confirm what I came in for, but she spoke to me in a condescending, reprimanding tone that was completely unnecessary. Her communication was abrupt and disrespectful. I was genuinely shocked. I have never been treated this way by a therapist at this centre or anywhere else. I became stressed trying to explain myself, and I stayed only because I was in pain and needed relief but no client should be addressed that way. I am sharing this so management, the therapist herself, and future clients are aware. The conduct I experienced was unacceptable. Clients should not pay to be spoken to in a dismissive or unprofessional manner, during a service intended to alleviate pain and provide comfort. I also acknowledge that the appropriate response would have been to terminate the session after being spoken to that way and request to reschedule with another therapist.”

From the very first session, Juan Carlo was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to understand my son’s specific needs as an athlete and made sure he felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire session. The massage itself was exceptional. Juan Carlo’s technique is both skilled and intuitive, he knows exactly how to address muscle tension from intense training while still making the session relaxing and restorative. My son always leaves feeling looser, refreshed, and ready to perform at his best. We’ve been so impressed that we now go every few weeks. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, I can’t recommend Juan Carlo enough.”
