“Chris was great during the in person couples session he did BUT after two weeks of repeated emails and phone messages we never got the articles he said he'd send us as "homework" in addition it was a struggle to get the billing done correctly (I wanted both of our names on the bill/ receipt). In addition, I was billed for my exes sessions despite not being in attendance and being removed from the account. Despite multiple attempts to contact them they never responded so I had to report the charges as fraudulent and have my credit card suspended.”
