“It was my first time seeing Dr. Patel today for osteopathy. He was patient. Well explained what was going on and worked on my legs and knees for an hour. He showed me some things I could try at home. And I feel like the things he did to my legs were helpful. It was a calm environment and we had interesting conversation. “My colleague recommended I go and see Dr Patel for chronic pain in my shoulder and foot. He assessed with such care and made me feel very comfortable. After just one initial consultation my shoulder felt less stiff and pain was greatly reduced. He recommended some yoga poses to do consistently in conjunction with our sessions. I would highly recommend booking with Dr Patel if you have been curious about Osteopathy. Very very happy new client🙏🏽 I recently went for a 60 minute initial massage with Stacey. She instantly recognized where I had been holding pain and stress. I have not had such a thorough massage in a very long time. I look forward to continuing my sessions.
